We are thrilled to announce that Olga Yegorova AIEP, Senior Outcome Performance Manager at Asuria, is our IEP Australia Member of the Month for September 2024!

Olga was nominated by the IEP team, who said: “Olga volunteered to be part of our Certificate in Employability Practice pilot program despite already having a number of industry related qualifications because she loves learning and thinks it is pivotal to the success of the sector.

“Despite Olga’s considerable managerial responsibilities, she ensures she has completed her studies early each week and is incredibly engaged as a practitioner. Her passion and focus on best practice for the sake of client experience is evident in everything she submits.

“Her willingness to keep learning despite decades of experience is a testament to her work ethic, commitment and strength of character. We are very lucky to have her as part of the Cert EP pilot.”

Olga said she was “truly honoured” to be recognised as IEP Australia Member of the Month and be part of the Certificate in Employability Practice pilot.

“This acknowledgement reflects not just my efforts, but the collective dedication of other Asurians, who are part of the pilot. Together, we are shaping a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed, and I am proud to contribute to such an inspiring mission.”

The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.

At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2025.
