We are thrilled to announce that Léon Larkings MIEP, Employment Advisor at Fedcap, is the IEP UK Member of the Month for September 2024!
Léon was nominated by the IEP team, who said: “Leon exemplifies what it means to be an exceptional learner and dedicated member of the Institute of Employability Professionals. Léon consistently goes above and beyond to not only promote the IEP Learning Academy but also to advocate for lifelong learning within our community. His enthusiasm for sharing his positive experiences with others is truly infectious.

He speaks passionately about the courses and learning tools, always willing to offer insights into how they’ve personally enriched his journey. Léon said he was “really surprised” to find out he was IEP UK Member of the Month for September!
“The IEP Learning Academy has really ensured that I am able to support my participants better,” he said. “I was lucky to be a finalist for the IEP Learning Awards and attend IEP Basecamp 2024 too. I look forward to working with and learning more with the IEP.”
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2025.
