The Institute of Employability Professionals is a not-for-profit organisation whose aim is to improve lives for all in society. We are dedicated to advancing the standards, quality and professionalisation of employability practice around the world. Our vision is ‘Employability Professionals Everywhere Are The Best They Can Be’.
We work collaboratively with governments, policymakers, stakeholders, and our community worldwide to enhance the skills and effectiveness of employability professionals, ensuring that these professionals are equipped to build capability and capacity, ultimately helping more individuals access sustainable employment. By doing so, we contribute to bringing significant social and economic value, fostering a more inclusive and prosperous society.
IEP Learning Academy
IEP’s suite of award-winning Accredited Learning and Qualifications are designed to help to progress employability professionals through our career pathway.
Built by the sector for the sector, our programs provide an exclusive opportunity for employability practitioners to gain in-depth knowledge and the skills that are necessary to excel in their role and support more people on their journey to sustainable employment.

The IEP is the only professional membership institute for the employability sector.
