We are thrilled to announce that Libby Duo FIEP, Strategic Manager – Skills & Employability at Conwy County Borough Council, is our IEP UK Member of the Month for February 2025!
Libby was nominated by the IEP team, who said:
“Libby has been an ally of the IEP Learning Academy for many years and has supported our drive to professionalise the sector in many ways. From speaking at events to promoting us to other councils and local authorities so that they understand the benefit and value of our learning, to providing access to her team to complete the Gold Level of our Award in AI for Employability, Libby demonstrates a passion for the work her teams deliver and invests in their CPD which aligns with our own vision, to empower employability professionals everywhere to be the best they can be.

The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2025.
