Tuesday 12 Nov 2024, 15:00 – 18:00 | Resolution Foundation, London | Supported by the IEP and ERSA
The IEP are proud to support the launch event for our Corporate Affiliate Partner Earlybird’s vital publication: ‘Employment Support Services in the AI Era: Insights, Lessons and Advice from Leaders in the Sector’!
Earlybird AI will be launching the publication with an exciting event on 12th November which will bring the employability sector together, dive into some of the themes and engage in high quality networking.
For the publication, Earlybird conducted interviews with leaders across the Employability sector to understand their experiences of AI so far, capture the lessons they have learned, their perspective on the future of employment support and their advice for fellow leaders.
Earlybird compiled all of these insights into a publication that they are distributing throughout the sector as a handy resource for anyone thinking about their own organisation’s AI journey.
Scott Parkin FIEP, Group CEO, IEP said “We are delighted to support our Corporate Affiliate Partner, Earlybird AI, in launching their publication Employment Support Services in the AI Era: Insights, Lessons, and Advice from Leaders in the Sector. AI is already making waves in the employment support sector, and this report is a timely resource for leaders to reflect on the future of our industry. At the IEP, we are proud to be at the forefront of this evolution with our Award in AI for Employability Accredited Training, which is referenced in the publication and which is empowering our members to understand and leverage AI tools to enhance their work with ethical practices. Our learning is making a significant difference to frontline practitioners, helping them improve their day-to-day work while supporting more people into sustainable employment. As AI continues to play an increasingly important role, we are committed to providing the knowledge and resources needed to ensure our sector adapts and thrives and very much look forward to the launch of Earlybird’s important publication.”

Earlybird’s AI employment support products strive for ‘a world where everyone can thrive in employment’, and the company was born out of a desire to bridge the gap for lower income workers.
Claudine Adeyemi-Adams FIEP, Earlybird’s Co-Founder and CEO, said she came from a low-income background, experiencing significant difficulties in her life where she needed quality employment support and it wasn’t available.
“Fortunately, I was able to forge a path for myself, becoming an award-winning lawyer at a top law firm in London. I’ve since won awards for designing and delivering high quality employment support programmes and I’m passionate about using my experience and technology to reverse the odds of millions of people whose potential has yet to be realised.”
Boris Bambo, Earlybird’s Co-Founder and CTO, believes work should be a source of happiness and self-expression, not just a means of survival.
“At Earlybird, I have the privilege of experiencing this fulfilment while also providing front-line workers, often overlooked by current systems, with the support they need to find and thrive in meaningful work,” Boris said.
“Everyone deserves the joy and satisfaction that comes from happy and fulfilling employment.
