London’s IEP Summit 2025 on 12th June is set to be the must-attend event for the employability sector, bringing together thought leaders, and sector experts to explore the future of employability. We are thrilled to announce that Get Set UK will be returning as the sponsor of the IEP Summit 2025 Networking Dinner for the 5th year running.
Thomas Harley FIEP, CEO of Get Set UK, said Get Set UK are proud to continue to share their exciting journey with their stakeholders, including IEP members.
“The Annual Summit Dinner brings together employability professionals to exchange insights, address key challenges, and shape the future of our industry. This year’s theme, Employability in a Changing Landscape, highlights the need for a united, expert-led approach as we navigate evolving workforce demands. Our sponsorship reflects our commitment to encouraging collaboration, championing best practice, and ensuring our sector remains a knowledgeable and influential voice during times of change.”
Get Set UK is more than just an employment services supplier. They are a national people services provider with services spanning employment, health, justice, training, apprenticeships and career support. Their expanding services are designed to nurture potential and help people make positive changes in their lives.
Scott Parkin FIEP, Group CEO, IEP said “The IEP Summit is a key event in the employability sector calendar, bringing together professionals who are committed to making a difference in people’s lives. We are delighted that Get Set UK is once again sponsoring the Summit Networking Dinner, a vital opportunity for sector leaders to share ideas, build connections, and collaborate on the future of employability. Their continued support reflects their recognition of the importance of partnerships in strengthening our sector and supporting the IEP’s mission to enhance the impact of employability professionals for the benefit of the people and communities we serve.”
This year’s IEP Summit Networking Dinner will be held in the prestigious Carlton Room at 116 Pall Mall, the IoD building, following the daytime Summit in the Nash Room. 116 Pall Mall is a venue renowned for its historic and cultural significance and The Carlton is a striking reminder of its rich past. The building stands on the site of Carlton House, the former London residence of the Prince of Wales before he became King George IV in 1820. The Carlton Room reflects this heritage with its opulent décor, historical artworks, and ornate detailing, making it an ideal setting for a distinguished evening of networking and celebration.
The Networking Dinner is an ideal opportunity for informal discussion with peers, talking about the ‘hot topics’ of the day and a chance to continue the conversation from the Summit. It provides a space for sector professionals and industry leaders to make new contacts with some of the wider sector’s leading professionals, provide some ‘food for thought,’ and be part of the conversation around strategy and policy decisions for the future.
This year’s Summit theme, ‘Employability in a Changing Landscape,’ will cover a range of topics focused on the evolving world of work, from the role of employability professionals in navigating workforce challenges, the skills needed to deliver high-impact employment support and defining what it means to acquire durable skills for a resilient workforce.
Join the employability sector community for a day and evening full of insight, inspiration and impactful discussions.
