On 9th July at 10:00 am GMT, the Institute for Employability Professionals’ Centre for Employability Excellence will launch its repository of research. Please join us online for the launch, using this link to register.

The repository, or database, now called the C-fEED, is the place for research papers, studies and trials of employability services worldwide. Free to use, open access, and available to everyone, it brings research to front-line providers and policy-makers. It will encourage adoption of ‘what works’ methods, and discussion about outstanding issues in employability.

Working to deliver services?

Use the database to find what research says about your field of work. You can search the growing number of studies for the things you need to know. Get the information you need to support and enhance your service, online, and focussed on your own choices.

Researching and discovering?

Add your findings and documents to the database to make them available to programmes, services, policymakers and other researchers. Use C-fEED to explore existing research. By focussing on employment and employability, the C-fEED brings your work to those who need it.

Building a Programme?

Use the database to find evidence for ‘what works’. Build it into your programme, and show your funders and promoters that you have genuine independent support for proposals.

Setting public policy?

Use C-fEED for quick access to a wide range of searchable research, programme reviews and practical evidence. Use your findings to inform decisions and enhance services.

Can’t join us for the launch?

The C-fEED is free and open-access. E-mail us at cfee@iemployability.org to register as a user and to submit your own articles.

Tell your colleagues!

C-fEED is a collaborative venture. It will grow in value as its contents increase. Tell your colleagues about it, and encourage them to register and submit and search freely.

We look forward to seeing you at our online launch on the 9th July!
