IEP Journal
Continuing the Conversation
The IEP Journal was launched following the first-ever IEP Summit in March 2020, designed to continue the discussions and further develop the exchange of research and ideas that were initiated there. It’s mission is to foster the exchange of research and ideas among employability professionals, promoting collaboration and the sharing of best practice.
Aligned with the IEP’s core objectives, the Journal aims to engage all employability professionals in meaningful conversations on crucial issues. We welcome contributions from practitioners across the UK and globally, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives. Our content focuses on enhancing professional practice, featuring insights on research, current policy priorities, and operational excellence.
Explore our IEP Journal Purpose Statement, guidance for authors, and guidance for guest editors. We encourage you to share your thoughts on our articles by emailing us at IEPJournal@iemployability.org. We look forward to your contributions and engagement.
