As an employability professional in Sweden, IEP opens the door to global collaboration and learning without borders. The challenges and conditions may vary, but fundamentally it is about supporting people to gain work, progress in work and retain work. With IEP’s support, we put the focus on our employability professionals and the important and often difficult work they do every day. IEP contributes to us keeping pace with developments in the industry and I am extremely grateful that my fantastic team at Asuria Sweden gets to be part of that development.

Having the certificate and electronic badge means that I not only have the title of Employment Coach but have evidence of the knowledge base behind it. I feel a sense of achievement and professionalism, and I am better equipped to help people on their employment journey.
