Hot on the heels of our launch in Sweden, IEP are excited to share the news that our IEP Accredited Employability Essentials eLearning programme is now available to practitioners across Australia – and over 500 members have enrolled in the first week alone!

This unique programme is being offered free of charge as part of our IEP Member benefits package through the Corporate Affiliate Partnership.

The Australian version of Employability Essentials has been carefully revised and adapted to the requirements of the Australian Employability Sector and features a final module ‘Working with First Nations peoples’. This reveals some painful statistics about Indigenous unemployment across Australia and explores the way employability practitioners can make a meaningful difference by working with cultural sensitivity to help close the employment gap for First Nations peoples.

This comprehensive programme covers a wide range of topics to equip learners with the essential knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality services to participants. It consists of 21 interactive modules, in total, each with its own knowledge check to ensure that practitioners receive a consistent learning experience.

IEP Group CEO Scott Parkin FIEP said; “We would like to express our gratitude to Lauren Peacock MIEP, our L&D Business Partner in Australia, and of course our IEP Learning Academy Team and IEP Team here in the UK for their commitment and determination to deliver this high-quality product for our Australian members and partners. It is a significant achievement, and we are excited to develop and work with our Australian networks to grow the personal and professional practice of their workforce and provide a new industry standard for the Australian employability sector”.
