IPS Employment Specialist (Female) - Haringey Jobs London
This role offers a great opportunity to support individuals with complex needs into sustainable employment. As an Employment Advisor with Haringey Works, you’ll work closely with the Criminal Justice Project at The Grove, helping adults with a history of offending and substance misuse overcome barriers to work. Using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, you will provide tailored job-focused support, collaborate with partner services, attend female-only sessions, and assist clients with welfare benefits, training, and job retention.
Starting Salary: PO2 (£41,442 – £44,331)
