I’m pleased to share that I’ve been enhancing my skills through ongoing training with IEP as part of my work. Recently, I completed two insightful courses:
Emotional Intelligence in Action – This course has deepened my understanding of how to better support clients by building trust, connecting on a human level, and navigating complex emotions effectively.
Employment Law for Practitioners – A valuable refresher on key legal principles, ensuring I’m well equipped to advocate for both employers and job seekers while staying within the bounds of the law.
These trainings have reinforced my commitment to fostering meaningful employment opportunities for the people I work with, ensuring my approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and professionalism.
The journey doesn’t stop here too – there is still more training and development to come before the end of 2024, and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow in this rewarding field.
Learning is an ongoing journey, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to keep developing.
