I am very pleased and proud to be recognized as a member of the Institute of Employability Professionals, alongside some of the most valued and respected people in the sector.

The IEP plays such an important role in supporting the employability sector, supporting professionals, guiding, informing and helping to set standards for the profession. It is this combination of the support we provide within our business and the extra support from our professional body, the IEP, that will ensure that our clients receive an efficient and quality-driven service.

I have worked in the labor market sector in Sweden since the late 1990s. Since the start, I have worked according to a concept (partially evidence-based) which is based on 5 parameters:

  1. Look at the whole.
  2. Be clear.
  3. Be transparent.
  4. Have continuous follow-up.
  5. Collaborate.

My involvement in the sector has generated a number of projects, regional and national, and also the start-up of 3 companies in the industry.

In 2016, I founded Branteviksgruppen Ab, which was a further development of my previous work and is based on bringing together professional actors in a group that complements the staff base. Our work has always been based on our customers’ needs and on the expertise of our staff.  We have over the years succeeded in helping 1000s of people enter the labor market or in to studies. We have also helped employers achieve successful matches, often through certified validations.

Today, Branteviksgruppen AB has a reputation for delivering consistent results, achieving milestones and fulfilling results. That we have found ourselves in the right place so far has been documented and noticed in the form of various awards, Dagens industri’s Gazzell Company 2022, Local Company of the Year 2023 and Guide of the Year 2023.

It is our/my objective to continuously follow the market and, through cooperation, try to contribute to a social contribution.

We look forward to working with Scott Parkin FIEP and the IEP team to support the sharing of best practice, collaborating with wider partnerships, growth in initiatives and skills development for the sector.
