We are delighted to announce that the IEP is expanding its collaboration with APM in Australia. Following the success of the IEP Employability Essentials pilot program, that saw 120 practitioners participating in the pilot, APM will now be rolling out IEP learning to their employability workforce in Australia.

Over the past six months, the pilot program has demonstrated the power of IEP’s specialist learning for employability professionals, gaining positive feedback from learners and their learning and development team, aimed at enhancing professional standards and capabilities for all practitioners within the employability sector.

James Muller, General Manager for Compliance, Assurance & Development at APM noted:

“Following our successful pilot, we will now be expanding learning and membership to over 2000 team members at APM. Building on all the great learning and development opportunities that we already have in place, we see this partnership with the IEP supporting us to build even wider competences based on global research and data and we are really pleased to join our colleagues at Ingeus in the UK in gaining the widest possible benefit from our partnership with the IEP.”

Scott Parkin FIEP, IEP Group CEO, commented:

“We are delighted to deepen our partnership with APM, one of the largest deliverers of Employability services in Australia, and this follows a successful, long-term relationship with Ingeus in the UK. The success of the Employability Essentials pilot is a testament to the effectiveness of our tailored training programs and APM’s commitment to investment in their workforce for the benefit of the participants they support. By extending this learning opportunity to APM’s whole employability workforce of over 2000 practitioners, we are confident that it will foster even greater professional growth and excellence within their teams. As well as the Employability Essentials Learning Programme APM will also have the option of additional IEP learning including our Over 50’s Employability Support, AI for Employability and Mental for Employability Programmes.”
