A warm welcome to the IEP’s newest team member, Riza Aparici MIEP, who has taken on the role of Partnership Manager alongside Carly Parker MIEP!
Riza says she is “thrilled to be part of the amazing team at the IEP as their newest member.”
“Due to the IEPs successful growth, I have joined as a Partnership Manager. With a background in recruitment and account management, I take great pleasure in fostering strong relationships and creating solutions to overcome challenges.
“My role is to focus on the account management of our CAPs (Corporate Affiliate Partners) ensuring we are understanding the wants and needs of our partners and how we can offer added value. I am looking forward to sharing information on the range of benefits we offer and the Learning Academy’s training programmes as it can truly be great tool to advance your team with knowledge and skills to further increase productivity levels and performance.
