We are delighted to announce that Jemma Orange AIEP, Senior IPS Employment Specialist (Central & West Lancashire), is the IEP UK Member of the Month for June 2024!

Jemma was nominated by the IEP team, who said: “Jemma consistently produces excellent work in both the Certificate in Employability Practice and the Award in AI for Employability. Jemma provides amazing support to her team members who are pursuing qualifications through the IEP Learning Academy.

“Through her support she creates a supportive learning environment within her organisation. Her engagement in online sessions and the practical, actionable tasks highlighted in her case studies within the qualifications have significantly benefited her participants, showing her commitment to applying her knowledge to real-world employability scenarios. Jemma has an amazingly positive attitude towards employability challenges and always looks to find solutions to real world employability issues.”

Jemma said she was honoured to have been recognised as IEP UK Member of the Month for June.

“Becoming the Member of the Month is a real honour and instils a sense of pride to be recognised for my effort and commitment to learning and development and the support of my team,” she said.

“I have always loved to learn, train and coach, and it ensures continual improvement on behalf of the clients we are privileged to work alongside. Completing the IEP training offers an opportunity for reflection of the work completed alongside our clients to move them towards their employment goals – which during busy periods, we can often forget or minimise as IPS advisors in their employment journeys. So, it is nice to have a shared learning space to recognise this and encourage each other in our roles.”

The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.

At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2024.
