The opportunities for the IEP are endless on our pioneering journey of growth and diversification, bringing professional standards in employability to the world. This was the key message as the IEP team reflects on an inspiring, productive and thoroughly enjoyable Annual Team Retreat at The Barns in Herefordshire, a stunning backdrop for discussion around all things strategy, values, culture and planning up to and post 2027 – and we even took to the ‘track and field’ for the prestigious IEP Olympics (well, sort of!).

The IEP team shared their excitement for a bright future, working with and supporting employability sector professionals to ‘be the best they can be’, so they can in turn provide the best possible support for their participants – because the people who need the most help, need the best help.

IEP Group CEO Scott FIEP, in a LinkedIn post, said it’s the best job in the world working with and being supported by amazing people.

“Thanks to Andy Milton FRSA FIEP for your excellent facilitation of the Retreat, Pat Russell FIEP for your insights, our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) – Helen Lee FIEP, Heather Ette FIEP, Anita Houghton FIEP – for your support, and to the whole team for your passion, commitment and dedication to our mission. The IEP is a not-for-profit, purpose-driven, values-based organisation and I am so lucky to work with, and lead, this amazing group of talented people.

“We are now well into an exciting phase on our journey of growth and diversification. The opportunities are endless and this, alongside our colleagues from IEP Australia and IEP Sweden, plus our partners in Canada, UAE, KSA, The Netherlands and South Korea are enabling us to turn these opportunities into reality for the benefit of our members and those people they support.”

We look forward to sharing our insights and actions as we move forward and to working together with the sector to help deliver our ambitious and exciting plans.
