The IEP Learning Awards 2024 nominations window is closing this Friday 9 August! This is your last chance to submit your entries and join us in celebrating our fantastic sector learners – who are excelling in their roles and are making a significant impact through IEP Learning.

About the IEP Learning Awards

Launched at our inaugural IEP Basecamp in 2023, the IEP Learning Awards are designed to honour those members and practitioners who have:

· Qualified through IEP Learning

· Supported IEP Learners

· Provided high-quality learning to our members

· Demonstrated outstanding learning outcomes from IEP Learning programs

These awards recognise excellence across various categories, celebrating individuals and partners who contribute significantly to the employability sector.

Award Categories

This year, we are excited to present 8 distinct award categories:

1. IEP Learning Ally of the Year

2. IEP Learning Impact of the Year

3. Certificate in Employability Practice Learner of the Year

4. Award in Employer Solutions Learner of the Year

5. Award in AI for Employability Learner of the Year

6. Award in Supporting Participants with Complex Needs Learner of the Year – sponsored by Cognisoft

7. IEP Member of the Year – sponsored by Ingeus (voting for this category will open soon)

8. IEP Member Ambassador of the Year

How to Nominate

To nominate someone, please visit our IEP Learning Awards 2024 webpage, follow the Guidance for Awards Submissions for each category and enter your nomination on the

supplied form. Nominations are open to IEP Members, Member Ambassadors, Fellows, Board Members and Corporate Affiliate Partners.

Eligibility Criteria

· Nominees must be current IEP Members or have held a valid IEP Membership within the last 6 months.

· Learning or associated activities must have occurred within the last 12 months.

· Nominees cannot be members of the IEP Team or family members of IEP Staff.

· Self-nominations are not permitted.

· Multiple nominations for the same individual from one nominator will not be accepted; only the first nomination will be considered.

Judging Process

Member of the Year: Selected from our IEP Member of the Month winners (October 2023 – August 2024) and voted for by our members.

All Other Awards: Nominations will be reviewed by an independent judging panel, which will score each nomination out of 10. The top three highest-scoring nominees in each category will form the shortlist, and the winner will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2024 on 10th October 2024.
