We will build on the discussion from our first Employer Solutions Forum, where we asked, “What are the top challenges your teams face when engaging employers?” The most common response was gatekeepers—struggling to identify key decision-makers and communicate effectively with them.
This is a critical challenge because many employers are missing out on a highly motivated, untapped market of individuals eager to work. In this forum, we’ll focus on how to connect employers with this overlooked talent pool, sharing strategies to break down communication barriers and ensure employers recognise the value in hiring from this group.
