We are thrilled to announce that the IEP has once again achieved prestigious recognition at the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards, celebrating excellence and innovation. For the third consecutive year, IEP has been awarded the title of Global Corporate Coaching Specialists of the Year, reflecting the profound impact of our professional learning programs empowering employability professionals worldwide. This award underscores our dedication to advancing industry knowledge and participation in our programs from professionals in Australia, Sweden, the Gulf and the UK.

This year, we are equally honoured to be recognised with a second award for Innovation and Excellence in Employment Initiatives for our groundbreaking Quality Improvement Framework (QIF). This accolade highlights the strides we’ve made in driving continuous improvement in service delivery, leveraging data insights, and establishing feedback loops that provide accountability for employment outcomes. The QIF is a testament to our commitment to pioneering impactful frameworks that set new benchmarks for the employability sector globally. Thank you to our QIF partners mesma and the good employability company and of course Fedcap for undertaking the first ever pilot in the UK and we continue to work with partners in Australia, Sweden and Canada to further develop and enhance the QIF, progressing our aim of delivering excellence in employability worldwide.

Corporate LiveWire awards are based on nominations from readers and contributors who recognise organisations making exceptional contributions in their fields. Each winner undergoes a rigorous selection process by Corporate LiveWire’s panel of judges, who review comprehensive submissions to select the finalists and winners. The judges’ decision to honour the IEP in both categories is an exciting validation of our efforts, reflecting both our established reputation in professional learning and our innovative achievements with the QIF.

Winners will be featured in Corporate LiveWire’s 2025 Global Awards publication, which will be distributed in print and digital formats to over 81,000 subscribers, spanning a broad array of industries. Each award provides not only an opportunity to celebrate but also to strengthen our commitment to enhancing employability services worldwide.

We were delighted to attend the press launch, where we took delivery of our impressive trophies and certificates, celebrating these achievements with fellow honourees and partners. Thank you to our supporters and partners who continue to be integral to our success!
