We are pleased to announce that David Kingsley AIEP, Deputy House Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, is the IEP UK Member of the Month for August 2024!
David was nominated by the IEP team, who said: “David is a perfect example of what the IEP has always promoted, ‘Employability practitioners everywhere are the best that they can be’.
“He is passionate about the learning and development he has undertaken and wants to display his accreditations with pride.
“The IEP continues to drive for all employability professionals to be recognised as accredited practitioners, that the sector as a whole is seen as a profession people feel passionate about joining and developing in. Thank you, David, for living our dream.”
David said he was “honoured” to be named IEP UK Member of the Month of August.
“It’s an amazing feeling to be recognised by a community I’m so passionate about. I look forward to continuing our work together to create more opportunities for everyone,” he said.
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2024.
