Multiple Solutions is a Disability Employment Service which has been dedicated to helping South Australians find meaningful, long-term employment and achieve their career aspirations, for more than 30 years.

Speaking of the partnership Multiple Solutions General Manager Karin Ridgeway FIEP said she was thrilled to bring Multiple Solutions into IEP membership and also to be confirmed as an IEP fellow, she welcomed the opportunities that each presented.

“My passion and dedication to employment services extends not only to the work we do, but also to how our industry operates and supports its participants and members,” Ms Ridgeway said.

“I strongly believe that collaboration is crucial for the industry’s success and vital for achieving positive outcomes for all stakeholders. I’m excited and eager to seize this opportunity within the IEP and look forward to contributing to its ongoing progress.”

Formed under the auspices of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of South Australia and Northern Territory in 1992, Multiple Solutions supports some of the most vulnerable people within the community; those who are living with injury, illness and disability.

Through personalised case management, they offer a range of services, including assisting with resumes, interview preparation, skills training, and employer liaison to uncover opportunities that may not be widely advertised. Beyond job placement, they continue to offer ongoing support and on-the-job assistance to ensure their clients thrive in their new roles.

Multiple Solutions is committed to being a trusted partner for all people living with disability, illness or injury seeking employment. They believe that with the right guidance and support, sustainable and meaningful employment is achievable for everyone.
