The Learning Impact Award recognises learners who have completed IEP learning and applied their newly acquired knowledge, skills and behaviours in their role and, as a result, have made an impact in the field or overcome challenges.

The IEP Member of the Year Award 2024, sponsored by Ingeus, will be presented at Basecamp – and time is running out to cast your vote.
The nominees are your IEP Members of the Month winners from October 2023 to July 2024 from the UK, Sweden and Australia.
The Member of the Month Award is given by the IEP Team or IEP Board, who nominate members demonstrating exceptional performance through outstanding service or practice and a positive, supportive attitude that exceeds expectations. This recognition includes services provided to participants, team members, or colleagues.
The Member of the Year Award, however, will be decided by a public vote from the Members of the IEP. Three shortlisted candidates and the overall winner will be chosen by your votes.
Voting for the Member of the Year Award closes on 20th September 2024 at 5.00pm.
