We are excited to provide you with a sneak peek of a major initiative set to launch on Employability Day, 13th September 2024— the IEP Career Pathway program. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to elevate practitioners to be recognised as qualified professionals within the employability sector, with ongoing qualifications which help practitioners enhance their skills and make an even greater impact in supporting people into work.

What is the Career Pathway?

The IEP’s Career Pathway is more than just a series of courses—it’s a comprehensive, structured approach to professional development, created by sector professionals, for sector professionals. As the only specialist pathway available in the employability sector, these programs are uniquely tailored to meet the needs of those who dedicate their careers to helping others find and sustain employment.

Why is This Important?

Our Career Pathway is designed to ensure that you, as a practitioner, can identify and address your specific skill gaps and access the right learning at the right time. By following this pathway, you’ll become a more effective and knowledgeable professional, better equipped to support your Participants on their journey to employment. This aligns perfectly with this year’s Employability Day theme ‘Employment support for every citizen’ as our range of specialist learning equips practitioners with the skills and knowledge needed to support every citizen in their employment journey, whatever barriers and challenges they face. By following our pathway, you’ll be better prepared to meet the diverse needs of your Participants and help them achieve their potential and lasting employment.

What to Expect

While we won’t reveal all the details just yet, we want you to know that this pathway will provide unparalleled access to professional, accredited learning and qualifications. As the only global professional membership body and institute for the employability sector, the IEP is the sole provider of this specialist learning. Only through our Career Pathway can you gain the critical knowledge and skills, and accreditation needed for success in the employability sector.

Moreover, throughout your journey on this pathway, you’ll have the full support of the professional institute dedicated to your growth. We’ll be with you every step of the way, ensuring you have the resources and guidance needed to excel in your role.

We can’t wait to share more details with you on Employability Day. Mark your calendars for 13th September — this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.
