We’re pleased to say IEP and one of the country’s major employment services providers, Asuria, have commenced the development of the Centre for Delivering Employability Excellence in Practice in Australia.
The CDEEP is a strategic collaboration between Asuria and the IEP to enhance employability outcomes using best practice approaches, as evidenced from both national and international research.
The IEP and Asuria will use best practice as a foundation for the ongoing attainment of service excellence across employability services.
We are exploring opportunities across three domains – People excellence; Practitioner and Participant Relationship excellence; and Business and Systems excellence.
Supporting the Asuria CDEEP Project Team is IEP’s consultant, Angela Connors. Angela has extensive experience across policy design and development within government agencies in Australia and led service delivery in a large not-for-profit social services agency.
Prior to coming to IEP, Angela worked for a purpose-driven Australian consulting firm. She has a deep understanding of supporting people to acheve their life goals and implementing service improvement opportunities that engage the workforce and drive continuous improvement to achieve best practice and service excellence.
