As the world marked Blue Monday last week, at the IEP we seized the opportunity to turn it into a day of celebration and commitment to mental health by renaming it ‘IEP Day’ and starting this year we will be celebrating Blue Monday as IEP Day each and every year. The significance of our blue logo extends beyond colour; it symbolises our unwavering dedication to fostering a culture where mental health takes precedence. On IEP Day, we proudly announce our commitment by signing the Mental Health at Work Commitment, reflecting our ambition to create an environment where all employees can thrive.

At the IEP, our holistic approach to mental health extends across a wide range of learning programmes and podcasts aimed at equipping employability practitioners with the tools needed to support themselves and their participants effectively. Our comprehensive suite of offerings, including the IEP Award in Mental Health in Employability brought to you in partnership with BDLD CIC, stands as a testament to our commitment to mental health excellence. By addressing various facets of mental health, this programme empowers practitioners to navigate the complexities of supporting individuals with diverse needs. From understanding anxiety to addressing depression, our holistic approach ensures that employability practitioners are well-equipped to create environments where participants can thrive.

We invite you to explore the knowledge and support we offer. Our Podcast series with Assemble You covers a spectrum of subjects, from well-being at work to maintaining a work-life balance. These podcasts, along with our learning modules, are crafted to foster resilience, alleviate stress, and build a foundation of understanding within the employability sector.

By joining the IEP movement for mental health, you become a part of a community dedicated to creating positive change. Our blue logo represents not just a colour, but a commitment to mental health awareness that permeates all aspects of our programmes and initiatives.
