I am thrilled to announce a significant milestone in the journey of IEP. As our Institute continues to evolve and expand, it’s time to solidify our commitment to growth by establishing a robust Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This strategic move not only sets the stage for achieving our current objectives but also positions us to venture into new UK and international markets and realise our ambitious growth plans.
The formation of the SLT marks a pivotal moment for us, enabling our business and team members to thrive while allowing me, as Group CEO, to focus more deeply on the strategic objectives of our company.
I am delighted to announce the members of our new SLT:
– Helen Lee MAIEP: Continuing her invaluable role as Head of IEP Learning Academy, Helen will oversee learning delivery, accreditation, qualification quality assurance, and learning-related partnerships and growth. She will also extend her support to the entire IEP business as part of the SLT.
– Anita Houghton MIEP: Taking charge as Head of Business Operations, Anita will be responsible for operational delivery, quality processes, Management Information (MI), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), member services, membership, partnerships, project delivery, and business solutions.
– Heather Ette MIEP: Taking on the role of Head of Marketing, Communications, and Brand, Heather will lead national and international marketing efforts, drive website enhancements, oversee brand development, and manage both internal and external communications.
As for myself, I will be leading the SLT, with a primary focus on global business development, growth, strategy, and of course supporting the SLT team.
The establishment of the SLT signifies remarkable progress for IEP and mirrors the significant growth we’ve experienced in recent years. This strategic change positions us for future success by enabling us to seize growth opportunities wherever they arise.
I couldn’t be prouder of our team and our members. Together, I’m looking forward to us continuing to push boundaries, innovate, and achieve new heights of success.
