We are delighted to announce that Emily Chan MAIEP, Personal Adviser at Fedcap, is IEP’s Member of the Month for April 2024!

Emily was nominated by the IEP Team who said “Emily has recently completed the Certificate in Employability Practice qualification and continues to promote and be an advocate for professional sector learning from the IEP. She applies the tools she has learned as part of her new job role progression to support participants.”

Emily said she was honoured to have been recognised as IEP Member of the Month and thanked the IEP Team for the nomination.

“This has coincided with earning the prestigious position as Member Ambassador within the IEP community,” she said.

“Thank you, IEP, for instilling in me the tools and confidence to support not only my participants but to share best practice with my colleagues also.

“I will continue to champion the employability profession and highlight the important work Fedcap Scotland delivers to support our participants and communities.”

The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.

At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2024.
