Each ‘module’ within our pathways is designed as a 90-minute, stand-alone session and you can complete them individually based on your interests and professional needs. These modules are linked to one or more eLearning sessions from the IEP Bronze Award in Employability Essentials, which was formerly known as the IEP Sector Induction.

This CPD training is also a pathway that leads directly into our professional qualifications, where you can gain deeper knowledge and professional accreditation. While the Elevation Series provides the basic underpinning knowledge of each topic and essential information to enhance your practice, it doesn’t replace our full qualifications. Instead, it serves as a stepping stone, preparing you with a solid foundation and the confidence to pursue more advanced learning opportunities.
