We are thrilled to announce an exciting new event schedule at IEP Australia, designed to bring together our Fellows and foster rich discussions on the most pressing issues affecting our sector. The schedule kicks off with the highly anticipated Fellows Monthly Conversations – The Fellows Collective, a unique opportunity for Australian Fellows to connect, share insights, and engage in meaningful discussion about the hot topics shaping the future of employability.
Launch of the Fellows Collective
The first of these monthly meetings will take place on 3rd September and is open to all Australian Fellows. This initial gathering will set the tone for future discussions, providing a platform for Fellows to explore current challenges, opportunities, and innovation within the employability sector. These Fellows Monthly Conversations will serve as a regular touchpoint for our community, allowing us to stay connected and aligned in our mission to advance employability practice across Australia and the world.
Look out for a diary invite which will soon be sent out to all Fellows for the first Australian Fellows Collective.
Expanding the Conversation: Quarterly ALL Fellow Meetings
In addition to the monthly meetings for Australian Fellows, we are excited to introduce the Quarterly ALL Fellow Meetings across the entire IEP Group. These global discussions will occur once a quarter, offering a unique opportunity for Fellows from different parts of the world to come together. By sharing diverse perspectives and experiences, these conversations aim to spark collaborative ideas that will help shape the future of employability on a global scale. This is a significant step forward in our commitment to fostering a global Fellowship that is both inclusive and forward-thinking.
Upcoming Events: Sydney and Melbourne Fellows Dinners
To further strengthen our community network, we are delighted to announce two upcoming Fellows Dinners. These dinners will provide a relaxed and intimate setting for Fellows to connect face-to-face, share experiences, and build lasting relationships. The first dinner will be held in Sydney on 24th October, followed by another in November in Melbourne. These events promise to be a highlight of our calendar, offering Fellows a chance to engage in deeper conversations and enjoy a memorable evening together.
Get Involved: Shaping the Future of Our Events
We want to ensure that our events are tailored to meet the needs and interests of our Australian Fellows. To this end we will be circulating a survey to gather information on the discussion topics and to help shape the content and format of our events, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and impactful.
