Veejay Patel FIEP

Veejay’s organisation reflects a culture of positivity, excellence, and a passion for helping people in the employability sector. He also deserves credit for his dedication to supporting organisations in the sector as a member of the IEP Board. Veejay is a fantastic mentor, always willing to share his knowledge and offer positive encouragement. His advocacy for unity and collaboration within our sector is commendable.

Liz Sewell FIEP

Liz has made an outstanding and unique contribution to our sector: she has shown how a principled stand in favour of social justice for disadvantaged and excluded women can be realised not just as an aspiration, good words, or correct policy, but as a practical success. In doing so, she has shown that significantly high-quality service can be built across various programmes, in various partnerships, to deliver strong positive outcomes. Her work shows the importance, both to employment success and to ethical practice, of engaging with the community, building involvement and trust, and remaining committed over the long term. Liz exemplifies the determination, commitment, and focus required to make a discernible difference to the employability sector. Liz has been a constant throughout the years, and without her contribution, focus, and determination, many issues within the sector would remain unresolved.

Ayden Sims FIEP

Ayden’s nomination for Fellow of the Year highlights his remarkable contributions and dedication to the employability sector. With extensive experience, he has demonstrated exemplary leadership, particularly in delivering complex employability contracts and driving positive change. As Regional Managing Director of Angus Knight Group (UK and Italy), Ayden continues to showcase exemplary leadership. His nomination for Fellow of the Year is a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding contributions and leadership.
Since the IEP’s establishment in 2011, Fellowship has been a vital part of our Institute. IEP Fellows play a crucial and valuable role in the growth and development of the IEP.

Their contribution is extremely important to our success. The IEP Fellow of the Year Award is an opportunity to celebrate and congratulate our Fellows for the significant contribution they make, not only to the IEP, but also to the employability sector as a whole.
