We are delighted to announce that Jeannette Luczkowski MIEP Employment and Training Officer at Vivid Homes, is IEP’s Member of the Month for February 2024!
Jeannette was nominated by a member of the IEP Learning Academy who said “Jeanette is an active participant within our community of members and is a great advocate of the IEP. We are pleased to give her recognition for her consistent attendance with IEP’s LiveLearnLunch Webinars and engagement with continued professional development (CPD) opportunities by awarding her with our Member of the Month Award”.
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP Members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
Jeannette said it was a “lovely surprise” to be recognised as IEP Member of the Month.
“I certainly wasn’t expecting that and it bolstered me up no end. It can sometimes feel like an uphill struggle to support people with the ever dwindling resources to hand and the need to look at how technology can augment our service without losing the ‘human touch’,” she said.
“I do really enjoy the sessions I have attended and have gained a great deal from them. Even though I have been in the profession for over 15 years, there is always something to learn or revisit.”
At the end of the year, each IEP Member of the Month winner will be entered into a competition for one individual to win our Annual Member of the Year Award. The winner of this award will be announced at IEP Basecamp 2024.
