With over two decades of experience in the employment services, apprenticeships, and training sectors, I’ve seen first-hand the transformative power of collaboration and shared best practice.”

“For me, Fellowship is about actively contributing to the mission and vision of the IEP, not just locally but on a global scale. I see it as an opportunity to bridge gaps, connect with fellow professionals, and drive the professionalisation of our sector forward, while ultimately supporting others in gaining, progressing, and retaining employment.” he said.

At ReadyTech, understanding the unique needs and challenges of both job seekers and employers is crucial for developing tailored solutions that truly make a difference. Staying close to their customers and markets is imperative for gaining insights into evolving needs and emerging trends, thereby supporting the development of solutions that address real-world challenges.

In line with their people-centric approach, ReadyTech strives to empower employment service providers with the tools and resources they need to support job seekers, encouraging a collaborative ecosystem that drives positive outcomes for all parties involved.

I believe that by establishing new standards for software excellence, we can support job seekers and providers across the world, aligning closely with the goals of the IEP.” Chris said.

“However, achieving the ambitious goal of global change requires harnessing collective expertise and collaboration within the industry.
