We are delighted to introduce you to our Fellowship, Cicci Nord FIEP. Cicci has been active in the Swedish employability sector for 18 years across a broad range of roles including coach, lecturer, quality manager and CEO.
Since 2022, she has been a Partner at Accelerate Your Future AB (Accelerera din framtid AB), which works with long time unemployed people from the Swedish Unemployment Agency and educates actors in the sector and their leaders on various management positions.
Prior to this role, Cicci was a Business Manager at A-Career (A-Karriär) for 3 years. Cicci has a master’s degree in neuropsychology and a specialisation in motivation and was part of starting the academic programme, Psychological Coach, at Högskolan in Skövde. For the past 15 years, she has trained coaches according to the coaching model she developed which is based on motivation.
Speaking of her new Fellowship, Cicci says: “To be able to share knowledge in different forms of networks is invaluable. My own knowledge has little value if I can’t formulate it and it is always educational to learn from other people’s wisdom and experiences. In addition to all the fantastic work we can do together in the IEP for our sector, it is the exchange of expertise that I most look forward to.”
