The IEP is proud to introduce Rasmus Rossi FIEP as our new Fellow. Rasmus is Senior Advisor to Arenakoncernen, which is part of Arbetslivsresurs. He is also Partner and Member of the Board at Sabuni and Partners, managing investments in Africa with a focus on Ghana and Kenya.
Rasmus has worked with labour market interventions since 2004 in Sweden. During his career, Rasmus has worked both as a supervisor, CEO and in creating forums to develop employment services in Sweden. Rasmus is still involved as a specialist with the largest supplier to the Employment Agency.
Speaking of his Fellowship, Rasmus said:
“It is an honour to be accepted into this Fellowship. My main focus is to speed up the development of efficient labour market services throughout the Nordics.
“We have a lot to learn and to make practical use of the experiences found in the UK and Australia. Through international exchange, we will create an even higher quality in the socially critical services we deliver.”
