The IEP team are excited to announce that a new website and customer relationship management system (CRM) are on the way! We have been working hard behind the scenes to modernise and improve the look, feel and functionality of your IEP online learner and member experience.
The CRM will be changed over first, which also includes our email communications system. Although our new systems are undergoing thorough testing before going live, the unexpected can sometimes happen. If you receive unexpected or random emails from us, please forward these to membership@iemployabilty.org so we can investigate and resolve issues early.
Our new IEP website will go live shortly after the CRM, and we are also creating our new Moodle Workplace LMS. Please bear with our team as we get to grips with all new systems and go through this exciting and significant transition period. Once in place, these developments will enhance your user experience and way we communicate with all our members.
We plan to host training sessions after we go live and would love ongoing feedback to keep improving our online platforms going forward.
