“My primary responsibility is to strategically develop and manage partnerships that drive growth and enhance the impact of our initiatives. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organisations, and community leaders, to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and maximise our reach and effectiveness,” said Joudy.

In her role, Joudy will be identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities to support our growth objectives, enhancing existing relationships to drive collaborative success and sustainability, and implementing innovative strategies to diversify income streams and ensure financial stability.

Joudy has extensive experience in providing visionary leadership and strategic direction in various roles, successfully driving financial performance and organisational transformation through strategic planning and operational efficiency. She also excels in building effective partnerships with key stakeholders and community groups, implementing robust compliance processes, and navigating complex legislative environments. Further, Joudy has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of service excellence and integrity.

Joudy said she is “deeply passionate about creating meaningful impact through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions, particularly in the realms of women empowerment and empowering the migrant workforce in Australia.

“My focus includes advancing economic participation and sustainable development in communities, with a special emphasis on supporting women and migrants; promoting high-quality service delivery standards and fostering continuous improvement to better serve these groups; enhancing organisational performance through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives that address the unique challenges faced by women and migrants in the workforce.”

On a personal level, Joudy is an advocate for elevating individuals and fostering inclusive communities.

“My personal passions include volunteering with community organisations to support social and economic initiatives, mentoring emerging leaders in the not-for-profit sector, and exploring innovative approaches to community development and sustainability,” she said.
