EMPLOYABILITY ESSENTIALS
Employability Essentials is a series of informative eLearning modules designed for employability practitioners at all levels. It provides solid sector knowledge and advice on best practice, serving as a key platform for upskilling and gaining further accredited qualifications through the IEP Learning Academy.
UNDERSTANDING NEURODIVERSITY
With the right support, neurodiverse participants can thrive in the workplace. Built in association with neurodiversity experts, Genius Within CIC, this unique eLearning program equips practitioners with specialist knowledge to support neurodiverse individuals in their journey towards employment.
OVER 50s EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
Developed with the Centre for Ageing Better, this specialist eLearning program equips employability practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles that people over 50 can encounter when looking for work, along with the resources available to overcome them.
IEP AWARD IN MENTAL HEALTH FOR EMPLOYABILITY
Developed with mental health training specialists Big Dog Little Dog, this unique eLearning program equips frontline practitioners with tools, knowledge and resources to better support jobseekers with diagnosed and undiagnosed mental health conditions in their journey to work.
IEP AWARD IN AI FOR EMPLOYABILITY
Focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the employability sector, this blended learning program aims to empower frontline practitioners with the necessary knowledge and skills to harness the potential of AI. The goal is to help them make informed decisions about effectively applying AI to support participants in achieving sustainable employment.
IEP AWARD IN EMPLOYER SOLUTIONS
Created with Ingeus and Deakin University, the IEP Award in Employer Solutions helps employer-facing practitioners develop tools and competencies for building effective relationships with stakeholders. It shares best practices and data to establish standards and a consistent approach across the sector.
IEP AWARD IN COACHING FOR EMPLOYABILITY
Employability practitioners often face high caseloads and disengaged clients with complex needs. They deal with competing priorities and pressure to meet targets, which can result in a loss of confidence and motivation. This blended learning program, specially created for frontline practitioners and managers, focuses on coaching skills, wellbeing strategies, emotional intelligence, and behavioural nudging.
IEP AWARD IN MENTORING FOR EMPLOYABILITY
Developed in association with The Mentoring School, this certified mentor programme is specially designed for employability. It offers a specialised pathway to address the lack of mentoring training available to professionals. Topics include theories and frameworks of mentoring, structuring mentoring conversations, and differences between coaching and mentoring techniques.
IEP AWARD IN SUPPORTING PARTICIPANTS WITH COMPLEX NEEDS
This unique blended learning program helps practitioners identify the root causes of behaviour in complex cases like mental health issues, disabilities, addiction, age, and cultural isolation. It equips them with skills to support participants in finding and sustaining employment, using proven methods to increase motivation, confidence, and skills while reducing ambivalence to work.
IEP CERTIFICATE IN EMPLOYABILITY PRACTICE
This certificate, awarded by NCFE, is tailored for learners who have completed Employability Essentials or an equivalent IEP-recognised program. It utilises a blended learning approach to enhance learners’ knowledge, skills and capabilities through collaborative and classroom interventions, developing practitioners to become certified professionals in the sector.
EMPLOYABILITY PRACTITIONER APPRENTICESHIP
The Level 4 Employability Apprenticeship Standard is Levy funded in the UK.
The learning progresses a learner from the Certificate in Employability Practice to specialist practice and service design and development, including data analysis and project management.
