The nomination categories are all set for the IEP Learning Awards, returning for its second year at IEP Basecamp 2024!
The IEP Learning Awards provide an opportunity to celebrate practitioners who have qualified through IEP learning, plus those organisations that deliver, coach, accredit, award and mentor learners through our vast range of IEP learning.
These awards see nominations from members and partners and are judged by an independent judging panel made up of key figures within the employability sector.
This year’s categories are:
- IEP Learning Ally of the Year
- IEP Learning Impact of the Year
- Cert EP Learner of the Year (Certificate in Employability Practice)
- Award ES Learner of the Year (Award in Employer Solutions)
- Award AI Learner of the Year (Award in AI for Employability)
- Award CN Learner of the Year (Award in Supporting Participants with Complex Needs
- IEP Member of the Year
- IEP Member Ambassador of the Year
IEP Basecamp was launched in 2023 and is a pioneering event for the employability sector. An annual event designed for frontline practitioners and first-line managers, the goal of IEP Basecamp is to equip employability professionals with valuable insights and practical takeaways on the latest trends in the sector, as well as provide information on good practice, to help practitioners excel in their daily roles and ultimately deliver better outcomes for their programme participants.
IEP Basecamp is a vital addition to the continued professional development that the IEP offers. It is a part of our social mission that benefits and helps all individuals and businesses involved.
An attendee of Basecamp 2023 said “[the event provided] a really engaging environment with lots of information and a chance to discuss different scenarios with teams in other provisions which was beneficial.”
It offers an additional learning opportunity for our attendees to come along and learn about up-and-coming topics within the sector to bolster their knowledge. The practical takeaways within these sessions empower our members with the aim of them supporting participants and performing better within their day-to-day roles. These takeaways also foster a culture of knowledge sharing amongst peers.
