A Member Ambassador is likely to have worked in the sector for at least 3 years and hold an IEP qualification. Members who are passionate and engaged with the IEP can apply to become ambassadors as part of their membership.

Applications will undergo a review by the committee, and decisions will be made accordingly.

Thank you, IEP, for instilling in me the tools and confidence to support not only my participants but to share best practice with my colleagues also.

I will continue to champion the employability profession and highlight the important work Fedcap Scotland delivers to support our participants and communities.
