Each ‘module’ within our pathways is designed as a 90-minute, stand-alone session and you can complete them individually based on your interests and professional needs. These modules are linked to one or more eLearning sessions from theĀ IEP Bronze Award in Employability Essentials, which was formerly known as the IEP Sector Induction.
You have the freedom to:
- Pick and choose which modules align with your individual goals or areas of interest.Ā
- Complete the entire set of modules within a specific career pathway, such as theĀ Practitioner PathwayĀ orĀ Employer Solutions Pathway, if you’re looking to specialise in one area.
- This flexibility allows you to tailor your learning experience to your personal career development while still gaining comprehensive skills and knowledge in employability services.
Pathway to Professional Qualifications
This CPD training is also a pathway that leads directly into our professional qualifications, where you can gain deeper knowledge and professional accreditation. While the Elevation Masterclasses provide the basic underpinning knowledge of each topic and essential information to enhance your practice, it doesnāt replace our full qualifications.
